PROCESSING TIMES
We hand engrave each item to order, and processing times may vary according to workload, but in general we try to complete orders in 1-3 days. Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas are our busiest times of the year, and processing will inevitably take longer during these peak periods. Please contact us if you are worried about delivery times and we will advise you. We will always try to start work on your order as quickly as possible, and will contact you if there are any unforeseen reasons for a delay. If you need to alter any aspect of your order, please contact us as soon as possible, as once work has begun we cannot cancel or refund your order.
FREE SHIPPING TO ALL UK ADDRESSES
This applies to all orders being sent to a UK address – we are currently using Royal Mail 1st Class postage for this free service.
SHIPPING UPGRADES
We offer an upgrade to Tracked and Guaranteed Shipping, and Royal Mail will deliver your parcel before 1pm on the day after we post it – this service requires a signature on receipt. This upgrade is available to purchase as an option at checkout.
SHIPPING OVERSEAS
We are currently not offering overseas shipping direct from our website. Please contact us for more information on shipping outside the UK as we may be able to help you.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Cove Calligraphy Ltd. are not responsible for delays due to customs.
